Owen began his journey in veterinary medicine through a dual credit program with Olds College, where he completed his Veterinary Technical Assistant training. Inspired by the experience, he plans to continue his education at Olds College to enter the full Veterinary Technician program in the future. His interest in veterinary medicine began with a curiosity about animals and grew into a genuine passion after hands-on experience in the field. Owen enjoys learning about all kinds of animals and is known for his collection of fun and fascinating facts about them. Outside of work, Owen spends time with his two dogs, Max and Piper, and has had canine companions for most of his life.
